  • How does it work?
    As a Noble Plan client, you will receive all of your freshly prepared meals at your home or chosen location before 6 a.m. every other day.

  • How many calories will I be given when subscribing to Fresh's program?
    For those customers interested in weight loss, in general males will receive about 1,800 - 2,000 calories/day and females will receive about 1,200 - 1,400 calories/day.  For those on a maintenance program, calories will be higher.  Regardless of your goals, our dietician will determine the appropriate number for each individual. 

  • Should I speak to my doctor if I’m utilizing The Noble Plan to lose weight?
    Yes. Speak to your doctor and find out what diet plan works best for you. You can then work with your Noble Plan consultant to personalize your program.

  • Should I eat all  meals and snacks even if I’m not hungry?
    You should most definitely eat all meals and snacks. Healthy eating is all about hormonal responses to food. The balance will shift if you do not eat everything that's provided in your program, which could lead to adverse effects. At The Noble Plan we calculate your daily nutritional requirements, so that you don’t have to. So all we ask is for you to eat & enjoy! 

  • What should I drink?
    Water, Water, Water! You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day even if you are not on our program. Caffeine and artificial sweeteners can have a negative effect on your insulin levels; therefore, it is best to keep them at a minimum.

  • Can I drink alcohol?
    You can have alcohol but remember to drink in moderation. For example, you can replace one snack with a glass of wine. In addition, combine it with some protein such as low-fat cheese. Remember that alcohol is high in sugar content which increases insulin levels.  Drinking alcohol will effect your weightloss goals.

  • What if I need to take time off?
    Contact Customer Service 72 hours before the day you need to leave. The program will be temporarily suspended for those days, and the extra days will then be added to the end date of your program. For example, if you need to take the weekend off, please call before noon on Wednesday. You can then return to your Noble Plan program at any time. The suspension is not considered as cancellation.

  • What if I am allergic or dislike a particular food?
    If you have any food allergies or dislikes to certain foods, your Noble Plan consultant will design and personalize your program to your preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are, so that we may design a program specifically for you.

  • What do I do with the empty bags and gel packs?
    It’s simple; just leave your empty bag, including gel packs, outside your door. If you should forget, just leave both bags out the following evening. Unreturned bags will result in a $25.00 service charge. Bags are tracked on an ongoing basis.

  • How do I heat the food?
    We recommend for the best in enjoyment and presentation, that you remove the food and place it on a plate before microwaving it for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. If you don’t have the time or convenience to do so, then we recommend that you remove the lid from the microwavable container and heat for 2-3 minutes.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    We require a 72-hour notice prior to cancellation and you will be completely refunded for any unused portion.
